Empyrean wasn’t just a dream, it was a vision that our owner and head Chef Surinder saw 30 years ago. He started developing his interest in food in his 20s where he learned about spices and taste. He invested 15 years of his life to form such a solid base in this industry that would never fall. Then to explore outside India, he went Melbourne, Australia and started a restaurant which he ran for 5 years. But because of some unexpected circumstances he had to move back to India.

But the flame was still alive in him so he left India again and flew to Moncton, Canada where he worked for 15 years to excel in this industry on the east coast of Canada And here we are with this.
